"There is nothing like living on the water - so relaxing and peaceful. Dinghy worked out well. We saw several manatee and had a dolphin show a couple days which was awesome. What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. "Overall, it was a great stay on a very charming boat. Boat was decorated cute and was clean. We had a great time and really enjoyed the boat and marina amenities. Beds were comfy and host provided a nice grill and all the utensils and dishes needed. Also we had a blast going back and forth to Duval st with the rented golf cart. "I rarely give full five star ratings or return multiple times, but the Houseboats of Seville are that place. This is my third time to stay at one of the houseboats. Perfect location if you want to walk the Historic Pensacola downtown area. Easy drive over the bridge to the beaches. The houseboats are clean, fresh and comfortable. Always sweet surprise treats and coffee available. Dolphins will swim by for a visit sometimes at high-tide. Boat owners at the marina are always friendly. I...

"A completely unique experience! We all loved it! Staying on a yacht was very exciting for the kids. Its cozy for sure but workable with all the needed amenities. The kids definitely won spring break with this stay."

"Very relaxing. We used the grill and cooked fresh seafood including some mangrove snapper and a grunt fish we caught at the marina. The locals were cool and Diane answered her phone when we had a question. We used the kayaks and even saw a manatee with her baby's. The area is great. It was a unique couple days. "Daniel was an amazing host! He was always available across multiple medias - phone text email in-person. Anytime I had a question or issue, he responded immediately and my concerns were rectified same day. While Daniel was touring me around the premises, he even gave me a lift on the skiff to pick up a bag of ice, and tipped the attendant!
