He was amazing to deal with, friendly, respectful & kept the pool area clean everyday. Property manager was always available and actually did some shopping for us so the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived. "We had a great time at Villa Helena Hermosa. Gabriel was most helpful and it met all our expectations. We did not have a vehicle, so there was some difficulty in getting to the beach.
