Beach Front Villa in Paradise + Guest House

Come experience Costa Rica in this beautiful 6 bedroom 7 bath villa right on the sand in Playa Hermosa. The villa has 4 large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have king beds. (1 bedroom has a set of bunk beds) and 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds.
The second floor is setup as a game room and living room area. There is a large sofa with a pull out couch for an added double bed. There is also a set of bunk beds on the 2nd floor. The guest house has a small full kitchen and living room along with 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is 1 queen bed per room. The guest house is very close to the main house, only a few steps away.
The villa is located only 5 minutes from Jaco Beach, which is the hot spot for restaurants, bars and shopping. Playa Hermosa also has great bars and restaurants with in walking distance from the villa.

We also offer a full concierge service for you and your guests for free.
We can arrange anything you need such as:

Thirteen (13) of us ... six adults and seven children, ages 1 to 73. We did not even use the detached cottage (which could have slept 4 more if necessary). The home is adjacent to a small hotel - and the staff of the hotel provide service for any need you might have for your stay. They are extremely responsive to any request/need you might have. When not on an excursion (ziplining, cliff-jumping at waterfalls, mangrove monkey tour, boogie-boarding in Jaco, getting massages) we hung out at the pool - until about 45 minutes before sundown EVERY day, when you have the most gorgeous sunset on the beach.The surf at the time of our stay, was too large to venture into the water (7-12 feet high) directly in front of the house. Beautiful to see! Had a 6 minute drive into downtown Jaco so the teens could boogie-board on 4-6 foot surf.There are several general stores very convenient to the home - that seem to have everything you might need. Pretty amazing.All-in-all, we'd do this trip again. And stay here again!

Wilber, Abril, Orlando, Juan - every single person we interacted with was totally wonderful, responsive, helpful. The house is absolutely amazing and the staff is super kind. There were some minor temporary issues with water and wifi but they resolved quickly. I'd recommend adding more basic amenities to the kitchen like dishtowels - but these are all small things. Overall the house was absolutely fantastic and my whole family (with 2 small kids) had a great experience.

We were a party of 12. From age 5-74. It was our 50th anniversary. We had a lot of room. The kids loved the play room. The adults loved having 8bathrooms. The pool was so nice and the beach was right there to enjoy.The property managers were so helpful too. They were fast to respond to every request. From more water to finding a waffle maker. If you are thinking of going to Jacó area stay here.

The house is large with a lot of space for kids to run around and play. Options for indoor and outdoor seating to eat to could accomodate larger parties. The pool was bigger than expected based on the pictures. There's easy access to the beach and ocean. The house was very clean and tidy. We took advantage of the private chefs for breakfast and dinner on multiple days which was a nice conveinence. Communication with the property owner was smooth and typically had quick responses. We had the unfortunate event of a severe thunderstorm that passed over and lightning took out multiple electronics including the pool pump, main AC unit, hot water heater, and possibly the Wi-Fi units. The owner was responsive and trying to make repairs during our week stay.

House staff was superior. Juan, Wilber, and April went “all-out” to make our vacation great.The owner, Julie, however, did not. Little to no water pressure, little to no hot water, faulty electrical throughout the house, toilets at times, did not flush, stove and oven broken, and constant roof leakage in 2 bedrooms and entryway. The day we left, Julie (owner), scheduled an appointment to meet with me , to discuss compensation for our inconvenience. She didn’t show up! I received a message refusing to reimburse me for any malfunction during our stay. A discount will be given towards our next stay, yet that is a bad joke,as we will never stay there again!Two stars, only because of the amazing staff.

Amazing place!

Location of this property could not be beat and the ocean view is unbelievable. Several restaurants and small shops within walking distance and easy to get to Jaco. But what sets this house apart from any place we have stayed is the staff and customer service. Willie and Juan and the rest of the staff provide a level of service we have never seen. They were there to set up excursions, provide transportation, so many recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Not to mention they are just wonderful men that we simply enjoyed to be around. We loved every minute of our vacation and so much of it had to do with how great Willie and Juan are. We could not recommend this house enough!

Hermosa Beach review

We stayed with a group of 13 for a bachelor party. Julie, Wilbert, and Juan were very helpful and promptly fixed every issue that we had. They helped arrange new tables for us, massages, converted money for us, and provided cleaning services during our stay. They also offer great tours services that we will take advantage of next time.

Wonderful stay

A supremely comfortable stay for a family get together of 8 people. Two couples and two singles in the main house with their own bedrooms and baths, two nieces shared the casita with their own bedrooms and shared bath. Very comfortable furniture in the main open room for relaxing and huge round dining table perfect for meals and games. Outside space also great. Large covered area with huge rectangular table, plus smaller round table. Pool is large and cleaned daily. Walk out back gate to beach/ocean. Strong waves but perfectly suitable for swimming and surfing in its warm waters. Beach very uncrowded, able to walk for well over a mile on smooth, soft sand. House has second floor equipped with pool and ping pong table, foosball, large bathroom, set of bunk beds. Large balcony off second floor also. There are spaces on both floors with couches and TVs which we didn’t use. Also washer and dryer. House was very clean upon entrance, kitchen decently equipped. Potential improvements: replacing dishwasher-quite old and only washes with fair effectiveness; newer and better pots and pans; providing soap for handwashing dishes; providing additional supplies of toilet paper and paper towels; large doors leading to patio could benefit from oversized handles inside and outside; additional boogie boards. None of these potential improvements detracted from a superbly comfortable stay. A special shout-out to Juan who was available at seemingly all times for assistance and questions.

Beachfront respite!

This property is beautiful inside and out. We were a party of 10 and used the entire property including the 2 bedroom casita. There was plenty of room for our group with a beautiful entertainment area and deck on the top floor. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. We had a couple of issues with bathrooms caused by an unusual storm system and excessive rain- problem was resolved immediately. Host was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Only recommendation would be to include a manual on appliance instructions, air conditioning system and lightning controls.

Costa Rica Birthday and Graduation Trip

I have to start by Saying thank you... Juan/ Willy / Julie and everyone at the hermosa Beach house made our stay wonderful. This place is amazing, Julie was very helpful with whatever questions we had prior to getting there. Once we were there we had a few request for adventures and Juan and Willy were right there to handle what ever we needed. On the 3rd day My daughter turned 18 and these guys put together a dinner and even rounded up a Birthday cake for Her. Our trip was amazing due to these guys and this place ...... We will def be making this a regular Vacation .

More than a place to stay!

Miss Julie does not provide a place to stay in Costa Rica, she provide THE Costa Rica hospitality experience everyone is looking for. She and her staff were there 24 hours a day and always available to us. We booked a trip amost every day, should say Miss Julie booked a trip almost everyday for us. We never had a problem or issue wirh any of the trips she sent us on. We checked with her before we did anything, from groceries to souvenirs, her expertise led us to the best places. The breakfasts she served were excellent and always on-time. The next time we go, we will always stay with her or who she recommends. You cannot go wrong with Julie, either this house or her hotel next door. Both beautiful properties, and hands down the best service in Costa Rica!!!! Thank you for giving us a truly memorable experience!!

Magical stay in paradise

The house was amazing and the hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and do. We had an amazing time just hanging out in the pool, wandering the beach and playing ping pong in the game room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Week in Paradise!

Thank you to Julie and her team for a wonderful week in Costa Rica. The home is absolutely beautiful and is actually better than it appears in the photos! The pool was warm and welcoming and the views could not be beat. We had a few minor issues, but our hosts were responsive and quick to fix any problems. We were a group of five couples and there was plenty of room to spead out or gather as we wanted. The area was very safe and we enjoyed several of the bars/restaurants within walking distance. We were also a close drive to Jaco and several of our excursions, one of which our host helped us arrange. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you again for hosting us!

Great property on the beach

This property was extremely comfortable for our group. The rooms are spacious, the house is well laid out and clean. The pool area is very nice with a BBQ and large buffet style table. the beach is just behind the house with beautiful views and sounds at all times. The house is adjacent to a sister property that is a small hotel and the amenities/services extend to this property. The host was available and helpful. would stay here again

Great Experience and Incredible Property

I have had the pleasure of renting a house in Jaco over 10 times, but this one truly stands out. It exceeded all of my expectations and checked off every box on my list. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Jaco and directly on the stunning Hermosa beach, which boasts incredible waves and breathtaking views. The house itself is perfect for any occasion, as it can comfortably accommodate a large group of people. I recently stayed here for a bachelor party and was blown away from the moment we walked in. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The living spaces are much larger than we anticipated and the house is beautifully designed. Prior to our arrival, the owner Julie reached out to ensure that we had everything we needed and made it clear that she was available if we needed anything during our stay. When we did have questions or requests, Julie was quick to respond and fulfill our needs. I highly recommend this house and cannot wait to return soon.

Holiday in Costa Rica

The house & Costa Rica were a perfect match for our family of 13. We had a few problems that were quickly resolved. The help with special excursions were exceptional. The two catered dinners were a highlight for the entire family. The rainforest on one side & the gorgeous ocean on the other was great. We would return & recommend this home. Thank you.
