"We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."

"We stayed at Bluebeards from Monday October 13th through Monday October 20th. The hotel room was excellent, perfect size for the two of us on our honeymoon. King size bed, no tub but standing shower was very clean and good water pressure after a long day at the beach. The pool was very shallow at 3.5’ deep, but we were here for the beaches. The staff were always friendly, the attendants at the lobby were fantastic and helped with taxi service. We ended up keeping a specific taxi driver for the...

"Stayed in off season & was not busy. Few issues with water supply pump but things happen & only out few hours. Otherwise the property was fairly well maintained & the staff was helpful. This resort is away from the city so the light population isn't bad & the stars & moon were beautiful rising over the top pool. If looking for smoke, ran into locals at resort & every beach has a guy."

"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. "My family stayed here for a week-long vacation. the home and car made it feel like our second home! The house was very well stocked with kitchen, linens, and laundry essentials. The location was actually really nice to be out of the business of town and not a far drive at all. "I visited during the off season so it was quite serene and clean. They had an on site store to get essentials and a a bar and restaurant for quick meals. The staff was very helpful in locating local foods or shops. I came with no itinerary and left with future options. "

"Great beachfront views and close to Red Hook and the Ferry. It was nice having breakfast and restaurants on the property. I would recommend a rental car to get around as the roads are narrow and not really conducive for walking back and forth to Red Hook. "
