"Perfect location for first time in Paris!! Close to metros , train and transit! Very walkable to other areas as well as the Notre Dame and Luxemborg Gardens! Flat is well equipped , in the heart of Monteparnasse with restaurants everywhere! Claudine is a fabulous host and very helpful! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed in this apartment last year as well. It is quite spacious and very well located. The kitchen is well equipped to cook if you wish. A suggestion would be to add some plastic wrap, or zip bags and aluminum foil for wrapping leftovers. That's always something we forget to bring. Also, a few coffee pods for the coffee machine - just for the first morning would be welcome. otherwise it is a magnificent space."

"Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations."

"You cannot beat the location of the property. It is very centrally located and we walked to many of the sites like the Louvre and the Arch DenTriumph. The metro is within minutes and even a main station like Montparrasse is less than ten minutes away. The owners had it stocked with necessities and there are shops at the entrance to the building that makes it very easy to purchase anything needed. "It was all great but it was warm. One of the fans didn’t work and when we had a window open, we all woke up with bug bites. Otherwise it was lovely and we had the best time in Paris!! How could we not! Thanks!"

"Unit is unlivable! 1) No hot water for 1/2 of stay (Oct heat provided via space heaters). Notified guests/VRBO- after cancellation period - that building heat/hot water would be off; when asked for refund told it would be rectified - it wasn't!2) Unit is 2 doors down from VERY LOUD night club. "Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. "El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy bien comunicada. Es una zona muy tranquila, acogedora y conectada con todas las zonas de Paris. Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. El salón acogedor para poder descansar. La decoración es típica de la arquitectura parisina, tanto el edificio como el interior. Centro comerciales, restaurantes y pastelerías en la misma calle. Recomendable para ir en familia y grupo de amigos, la ubicación es perfecta para poder maximizar el tiempo de la visita....

"Flat was in a great location, near restaurants, shopping, and the Seine. It worked great for our family of 5. Only downside was there was a leak in the flat, apparently from the air conditioning unit. The floor was soft and warped, and ultimately they had to shut off the AC. That was disappointing as that was a key feature we wanted in our rental. When I asked to get it fixed, they sent me a phone number and said I would get farther than they would. Very disappointing.
