"Property overall was good. Didn’t hear from the host with check in instructions until I had to call VRBO less than 2 hours before check in. Coming from another country and not having check in info was very stressful-especially with kids. The property was as described, but not as clean as it should have been. It appears as the cleaning staff forgot a few things. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and stuff in the dryer. Supplies were ok, but limited. I really appreciated the cold...

"I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. "We loved staying in this cozy flat. We were met by the super helpful and attentive host upon arrival. The flat is in a charming neighborhood filled with chic shops and restaurants, about 2 blocks from Le Bon Marche and within easy walking distance of all of the sights in downtown Paris. The flat was spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms and air conditioning during the heat wave. We highly recommend it and hope to return!"
