Charming Parisian Apartment in the heart of Paris

The typical Parisian apartment recently renovated, which has kept all the charm of the old "Haussmanian" style
It is spacious, practical and functional, you will find broadband wifi, a TV with all international channels, a fully equipped kitchen with modern oven, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedrooms are spacious with a large bed in each room, dressing room. In addition there is a small room attached to a bedroom with bunk beds which will delight children, I'm sure!

An ideal location in Paris

Nestled in the heart of the lively district of La Motte Picquet Grenelle, across from the above-the-ground metro of the same name (serving lines 6, 8 and 10) and at the corner of the street of the Commerce, the apartment offer the unique experience of living in a Parisian neighborhood, as well as direct access to major points of interest, both professional and touristic.

Paris near subway

We enjoyed it. Subway across street. Within walking distance to Effel Tower. Communication with host a little slow but goes get back to you. Parking on the street available but noted that we had to pay. We never found were to pay. Host stated payment hubs close by but we never found them. Luckily no tickets. It would be great for host to include we need to supply own coffee or clothes detergent. We came in late so had to go out for coffee first morning. Grocery stores and restaurants very close. I forgot that 1st floor isnt ground floor. I had husband with recent foot surgery that had a hard time getting up and down stairs.

Unfortunatel

The linnens were stained and dirty. The bathroom was very dirty and my grandson refused to use it. He is six. We were disappointed that the property did not match the pictures. The only great and accurate item was the location. I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

First Visit to Paris

Overall satisfied. Would stay again. Suggest putting up a shower bar and curtain for the shower was a bit messy. The shower curtain exhaust fan is extremely loud and the towel rack electric box was hanging out of the wall. We could not figure out how to use it nor the TV. Everything was in French. Great location. Enjoyed our stay. There are no bells and whistles.

Paris short stay

We had a wonderful time in Paris. This apartment is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants and some of the big things to see like the Eifel tower and Invalides. It is compact, but had everything we needed, and even had some basic cooking items which was handy. It was nice to have the bunk beds in the closet so we could use the living room without disturbing the kids while they were sleeping. Such a great place to stay with family and kids.

Convenient and comfortable

This rental was a great location and a cozy but satisfactory stay for 2 adults and 4 children. We had everything we needed. The laundry was helpful. It’s a very old building so there are some quirks but we figured everything out.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was quite roomy and comfortable especially for Paris. The location is great as it is across the street from a metro station.

The property is in a good location and communication with the host was excellent. It was cold as it was December. We needed the host to turn the heat up as the host controlled it, this was the only issue. Very walkable to the Eiffel Tower.

Great location but....

The location can't be beat, but we had some large issues with a lack of hand soap, poor cleaning, and a very dangereous electric socket that was exposed and damaged in the bathroom. Aside from that, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery stores and bakeries, and it is close to transit.

Perfect location!

We had a great time! Easy access to great restaurants, supermarket was right around the corner! Metro is across the street that took us to all the major attractions.

Idéalement placé

Quelques petits soucis pour réchauffer l’appartement (difficultés avec les thermostats et le sèche serviette de la salle de bain est HS) avec une météo de novembre humide et froide… mais à part ça, tout est impeccable : chambres sympa, cuisine bien équipée, salon impeccable et le tout idéalement situé pour visiter Paris.

Apartment was in good location. Close to everything. One problem was bathroom/toilet door kept locking people in. Also, 10:00 am is a bit early for check-out. Usually 11:00 a.m. is the standard check-out time.

Not bad for last minute trip

We didn’t go to Paris to stay in a B&B all day so it served its purpose as an inexpensive stay for two nights. The property was one of only a couple available and looked perfect from the pictures. The biggest issue I had was upkeep of the property. The bathroom shower had hard water buildup so water was spraying all directions, the towel warmer had a ground issue because it gave a subtle tingle when touched or bumped, and there was some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Perfect location and setting

Family of 3. I would not want to rent this with more than 3 people. Apt was a little tight for more. The place itself was perfect. So much to see and do in Paris you could easily spend a week here. Host even let us drop our luggage early when cleaning was under way. We had an amazing time in our 2 days in Paris. Highly recommend.
