"Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used...

"Check in process was not well done, this property is managed by a 4th party so at check in time I had to go through another portal and setup the account and then use multiple cards from various people to get a secondary deposit to be accepted in order to get the lockbox combination. The shower drain was clogged from the start of our stay. No soap in the shower. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay, had to go and buy our own. "

"This was a great place to stay. It was a nice quiet unit on the ground floor. It was perfect for two people. It was easy to get an Uber to all the places we wanted to go, but far enough out to be a quiet retreat from the bustle of the city. Would definitely stay again. The check in was easy and they supplied a few referrals to different cafes and restaurants. There is even a grocery store across the street"

"Best part of this flat was its location- it's just around the block from the main underground station which made it ideal to get around Munich. Bathroom and bedrooms were roomy and neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Giving it four stars because the kitchen was teeny tiny and the living area only had a single couch.
