"Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. "Everything was good, better than expected, the area is busy and noisy but with aircon we could shut the windows and there was minimal noise. Having the essentials closet for top ups and fresh towels is great. The only problem we had was there was no hot water on the last day, they were working on it but it wasn’t fixed until the nex day, I guess these things happen. Overall would definitely stay again"

"The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust."
