The Space:

The former commercial unit is located on the ground floor and has been converted and renovated into a 2-bedroom flat. On 60 m² there is space for up to 7 people The spacious kitchen/living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and a flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Zatoo Live TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Th 2 bedrooms are equipped with large double beds. The renovated bathroom has a shower/WC. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the central but quiet location and the size of the flat.

The apartment is located close next to the Nockherberg - a nice recreation park. The Paulaner am Nockherberg is only 6 minutes walking from the apartment.



Getting Around:

The streetcar station Regerplatz is only 400 meters away from the apartment. From there you have a good connection with the line M25.

Check in process was not well done, this property is managed by a 4th party so at check in time I had to go through another portal and setup the account and then use multiple cards from various people to get a secondary deposit to be accepted in order to get the lockbox combination. The shower drain was clogged from the start of our stay. No soap in the shower. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay, had to go and buy our own.

Property location is good, and gave us great access to Munich site via tram across the street. Areas of improvement, when we arrived there was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Also the drain on the shower was not draining well, so the shower stall filled up with water, making showering inconvenient. Communication was not great with hosts, since rather than send someone to fix drain they were requesting photos and more info, which we couldn't provide since we were out sightseeing. These are not major problems, and easily correctible. So I hope the owners will improve these items to help future guests.

Good location, modern, small, weird smell

The apartment is a nice location a few minutes from public transit in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment overall is clean and modern. A big plus was the couch bed for the kids.The layout of the house could use some improvement. The shower did not seem to seal correctly, and the bathroom/“downstairs” area had a garbage/mildew smell that would not go away. We think this is a vent issue as noticed dumpsters downstairs right outside.I am also wondering if the bathroom has a mildew issue. I would have been much more upset about this if we were spending more time in the apartment, The kitchen was not very useful/functional. We were mostly outside of the apartment touring so we didn’t need it too much. This apartment was a good size having the kids, but it would be a tight squeeze for seven adults. Even with the kids, I don’t think we could actually fit all seven of us to have a dinner in the apartment.It also seems you are having an issue with someone dumping bottles/garbage outside of the apartment, but I know they are working to fix that. All in all, since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment and mostly used it to sleep as we did our sightseeing, it was fine enough. The odor issues really does need resolution for the next guests.

overall we had an enjoyable stay. We arrived in the dark and had difficulty finding the apartment door right by the parking garage. Very clean! issues with the shower head being unstable and falling out of the holder. windows in the bedrooms look right onto the playground. dim lighting in the bedrooms. close to a bus station which was nice for public transport!

Great location, water problems

We stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment for almost a month. The best thing about the apartment is its location, directly across the street from a tram that connects to a large metro station that runs to the city center. Lots of excellent restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby.Though there wasn't a clothes washer in the apartment, it wasn't a problem as we could wash clothes and hang them in the bathroom to dry. There are also laundromats nearby. We were offered a complementary cleaning for the apartment each week which was excellent. The main problem in the apartment was with the water, which has a lot of lime. It wasn't a problem in the beginning, but after a couple of weeks it became one. The dishwater ruined glassware and silverware and clogged the nice Krupps coffeemaker. A maintenance person was able to address the dishwasher problem, but the sediment was still visible at the bottom of the hot water heater, so it was in the water we were drinking for tea and coffee. Nevertheless, we would probably stay in the apartment again because of the location. Jana who responded to text questions and requests for the rental company was excellent -- very professional.

Homaris left 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for 4 days, over the christmas holidays whan all stores were closed. I had to steal toilet paper from MCDONALD'S. THE SUPPLIES WERE MINIMAL.

Great location, double check early check-in

Very comfortable spot in a great location with easy access to public transportation. If you request early check-in, don't assume that just because they processed your credit card it was accepted. We found that out the hard way after a 10-hour trans-Atlantic flight. It wasn't until I called them because there was no key that I got the email saying my request was denied.

Gute Lage,

Die ruhige Lage der Zimmer zum Innenhof hat uns gut gefallen, da merkte man nichts von der belebten Straße vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, hat aber etliche Mängel in den Details, so lassen sich einige Schranktüren nicht ganz öffnen, weil das Bett im Weg steht usw. Man hat den Eindruck, dass das niemand ausprobiert hat. Die Beleuchtung in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen sieht zwar schick aus, ist aber äußerst spärlich. Ich habe noch nie eine Küche gesehen, deren Möbel so lieblos und unfachmännisch eingebaut waren. Die Ausstattung ist minimal: Es gibt zwar einen Kaffeautomaten und einen Wasserkocher, aber keine Kanne und auch sonst wenig Ausstattung. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig mit reichlich Ablagen, hat aber ein Mini-Waschbecken für kleine WCs (obwohl genug Platz für ein großzügiges Becken da wäre) und genau zwei Haken zum Aufhängen.

Excellent Property

The accommodations were excellent. Very clean, great layout and very conveniently located. Never needed the car. Could walk everywhere including the rail station. One of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

Very cozy place

This home was perfect for my spouse, our infant and mother in law. It was right next to parking garage. I wish that was mentioned in the information provided as we had a little trouble finding it at first. 15 min taxi/uber ride to Oktoberfest and right near Paulaner brewery.
