"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "

"My friends kept thinking we were just sending them pictures of postcards and not actual photos of Gian's Villa! The beauty and architecture was only outdone by the peaceful and picturesque beauty of living atop an Umbrian Villa for the week. There was plenty of room for all six of us and even used another spare bedroom as a temporary office. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked and afforded us some wonderful space and amenities to have our daughter and daughter-in-law hone their Italian...

"We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It is even bigger and prettier than it looked online and was super clean and well equipped. Worth noting, however, that there staff are present onsite every day so it didn’t feel like we had the place fully to ourselves. There is also only one taxi company so it was tricky to get places without car spaces for the full group."

"Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! Quiet grounds, a good sized outside eating area and a lovely pool made it an ideal holiday venue for our extended family. We all loved it."

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! We especially enjoyed the outside area of the property with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub and pool. My 14 year old grandson wanted to move to this house!"
