"The townhouse was great/as expected. Simple decor, good size room, and very clean. The outside was well lit. Private/gated parking in the back as well as a parking pad in the front. Cute backyard area with tables and games to play. 2 downsides... 1) Neighbors were out front every night playing loud music and there are nearby railroad tracks. 2) We took our car to campus early, tailgated/went to game, thinking we didn't want to walk back to the house late at night. But for the townhouse...

"The property was exactly as it was presented in the listing! We have stayed at several other places this year visiting our daughter at LSU and this will be our new go too! Neighborhood was lovely and it was modern and clean! We had a couple of questions and he got back to us immediately! Can’t wait to stay there again "

"This is a very clean and quiet property. It has easy access. It was easy to find. There are plenty of stores, fast food restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, & gas stations within 1-4 miles of this rental. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, & a keurig coffee maker. I can’t think of anything that could’ve been done to make our stay better. We will definitely consider this rental first for future stays. "

"Very nice house! Extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. Also, it would have been nice if there were blinds on the front door. You can clearly see inside of the house at night and it doesn't offer any privacy.
