"The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good"

"The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms."

"A snafu with BC Ferries had us booking an unexpected night's stay on our way up the coast from California. The staff went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation before we even booked our room. Once we arrived we were greeted by delightful desk staff, fresh coffee and a beautiful, clean and absolutely wonderful facility. If you're lucky enough to be up on the Sunshine Coast I would highly recommend a stay."

"I have mobility issues & would have liked to have seen grab bars & non slip strips in the tub/ shower. the toilet was also very low, same height as the tub, which made it very hard for a person of my age ( 82) to sit & stand. Do you have rooms that are set up for handicapped/ disabled customers?"

"A great choice for a hotel out in North Vancouver. Stanley Park was only a 7 min drive away, downtown area was only a little further. The seabus stop was about 10 mins away too and was a fun option to take into town. The room was clean and relatively spacious. Cute decor, charming courtyard, good breakfast. Nothing to complain about really, I loved the location and space for the price. Lots of parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver. We were in Vancouver primarily for the FIFA World Cup game. It was a short walk to BC place, so an excellent place if you are in town for a game at BC Place. Tons of food options nearby and all walkable distances as well . Parking was included in our stay, at an underground parking garage, which was very safe. Highly recommend this place!"
