"The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is amazing and the place offers a serenity that brings immediate peace and tranquillity. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars is that the restaurant has some serious staffing issues. There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu, you need to let them know in advance so that they can prepare something, and don’t let the waiter convince you that you are half board because that can cause issues. The staff in reception are brilliant though, friendly and helpful....

"This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior."
