"Great find perfect location for old town - great team Small friendly hotel"

"Excellent room which faced the main square. I was nervous it would be loud but it was completely sound proofed. Staff were friendly, arranged an airport pick up and gave restaurant recommendations and helpful advice. Breakfast was a buffet and then hot options made to order like pancakes and omelettes. Great walking distance to the main square and to the tram to get round. Would recommend the hotel 10/10 and will stay again if I visit Poland "

This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed. "It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"Wow! This property was amazing. It was so central for the Old Town and other attractions. The staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Love the spa bath but would advise not to put bubble bath in it. The kitchen area was equipped well. I would recommend this property and will certainly be returning. Thank you to all the staff. A wonderful place to stay. "
