"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"It’s a nice play but it could have been cleaner (dirty bathroom, refrigerator, and dishes and also a lot dog poop in the yard), & the TV could use an upgrade because I wasn’t even able to watch my Sunday shows like I normally would. Other than that it’s a decent place and good neighborhood "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Mardi Gras Cottage. It was clean and the location was quiet. The Audubon Trail was close enough to bicycle to. We felt secure and enjoyed the proximity to New Orleans proper. We would love to return sometime.Thank you Michael!"

"Great stay! We had 3 couples staying a couple of days just before taking a cruise. Quick uber to French quarter (about 25 for an Uber XL each way). Lots of room, nice outside space, nice neighborhood, big dining room table, plenty of bathrooms! Couple things needing attention: Beds and pillows could be updated for sure and kitchen stocked a little better (for example, there was only one coffee cup). Also, you should probably fix the back door lock. "

"The host was very welcoming and even came to warm the pool when request. The property was very clean upon arrival. My only recommendation is to have more tissue for guest with more than 2 day stays and to keep laundry detergent so we can wash towels as you requested. "
