"We had a great time, the staff was excellent in every way. The manager Alex and the valet Ashton went out of their way to help us with our bags and parking our vehicle. And we were able to check in and begin our weekend. The breakfast we had was not so good tho, the restaurant manager made it right."

"We had an issue on Saturday night and the hotel had to be evacuated around 11pm. We were asked to exit out into the French quarter with 2 kids and no where to go. Around midnight, the power went out in the French quarter which caused panic to sit in for the kids. We were allowed back I tomorrow hotel room without power around 1am, and power remained off until around 4am. No explanation from hotel staff and we had to follow along to the issue via internet. "Great hotel with friendly staff. Valet took excellent care of my vehicle with no restrictions (in/out 24/7). Other hotels don’t let you take the vehicle in/out or you’ll be charged each time. There was also public parking one block away. The hotel is one block away from bourbon street. The rooms had a balcony so we could enjoy the scenery. There is a restaurant in the hotel but didn’t use because of the limit of food selection and also the first night it was booked for a private event and...

"This property was wonderful and convenient for the Essence Festival this past weekend. It is close to I-10, in walking distance to the Convention Center, the Riverwalk, and a walk to Canal St. If you are goo on a cruise or just to visit, it is an excellent spot. There is valet parking. One thing to know is that it is located on a narrow one way adjacent to Convention Center. Breakfast included and there is a pool and a park across the street."

"It took 2 hours and a visit to the cleaning staffs office area to get an iron. Never experienced anything like that. $900 for 3 nights that’s unexceptionable. The cleaning staff tried to blame the wait on the front desk lady by stating a text msg with iron request wasn’t sent to her.
