"This hotel did not have their AC switched over, was fully aware of it, and did not notify us of this at all. In fact after spending 20 minutes fiddling with the thermostat I made a call to the front desk and was then told that the A/C was inoperable. Keep in mind this is Victoria Day long weekend, people staying here are all families with young children, and it was over 30 degrees celsius. They offered to bring a fan to my room and by the time we got back to the room around 9pm we realized...

"Everything worked the way it was supposed to. No microwave or safe in our suite. We got the one with the heart-shaped tub, if you're wondering. It was a bit outdated. Breakfast was really good with the waffles. Free access to complimentary tea and coffee after hours is a plus! Fill your water bottles before heading out for the day! "

"Nice hotel, Me and my family stayed for 2 nights, I didn’t like that at not point they went to clean our room, I don’t if they clean after 2 nights of stay but cleaning is a priority for me. "
