"Very enjoyable. Had a view room of the ocean , great Food in the special restaurants was excellent. Had the Elite package and the private pool was great! The only suggestion is the food on the buffet was not hot ."

"Atelier is beautiful and well- maintained. The staff is friendly and focused on customer service. The beach is private... there are no merchants wandering in to sell you something. There are multiple restaraunts with food choices across a wide spectrum.. I recommend this place highly"

"Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful (making restaurant reservations and explaining the property map, etc.) Our family has stayed at quite a few all-inclusives in Mexico, and this by far was the best experience. The food was great, my dad’s favorite meal of the day is...

"Staff are very friendly, and they provide a lot useful tips for us. In addition, the room condition is very clean, the bed is comfortable as well. There are different kinds of food, drinks and snacks offered until 10 PM, and we enjoy the food a lot. The only one cons is the variety of meats are a bit limited. But considering the price of the hotel, it is kind of expected. Overall, we enjoy so much staying in GR Solaris! "

"I would recommend this resort. I enjoyed myself at the poolside. We hung out at the adult pool on the south far end. No one hangout on the beach. The staff were great, no complaints on the staff. I was not able to get 1 hot shower. That was disappointing. Not to say there was not any hot water, because my husband did get 2 hot showers but that was all. The buffet was great, better than some restaurants. I would go back. LOVE the fact that every room is oceanfront ❤️. If you go without children...
