"Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing. "The AC was small so it could not cool the room, we had to open the window and the door to get cool air from outside. Kitchen didn’t have microwave oven and the stove didn’t have gas. Utensils, plates and glasses were dirty and disgusting. Cockroaches crawl on the sink and cabinets. Bathroom looks filty too. This is the worst accomodation we had so far."

"Our air conditioning was broke in both of our rooms the whole 5 days, we reported it 5 times to no avail. The basketball court one of the only extra things to do was under construction without any notice. Three of the restaurants require reservations and depending on the amount of days you stay is how many reservations you’re allowed…so we only got 2!
