"Honestly, I don't recommend it; the staff—at least at reception—aren't very friendly and treat you as if they're doing you a favor. The food lacks variety and quality, and on top of that, if you want to have dinner, you have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. It's a shame; I would never visit this hotel again."

"Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing.
