First and foremost I’d like to personally thank Señor Martin for ensuring that I had a vegetarian lunch or dinner every evening. I was almost floored when I was handed a conventional menu and they had a plethora of meat options; little to no vegetarian options. The hotel reached out to me when I made the reservation, I told them my dietary preferences. I was told that I’d have to inform the chef the day prior what I would like to have for lunch and dinner the next day. This is unacceptable to me. This was not communicated to me when I made the reservation nor when the hotel reached out to me. Nevertheless, we made it work and for the most part I did enjoy my dinners most nights and the occasional times when I had lunch. Breakfast was a DELIGHT. I was able to have green juice all day long so I did appreciate that. The grounds inside are absolutely beautiful. I loved the trees & the wild animals that roamed around the property. I had the opportunity to see a monkey on one of my afternoon strolls. My personal plunge pool was not working as pictured. I was told upon arrival that I had to inform them 24hours prior if I wanted them to fill it up. What?! Unacceptable to me as far as I’m concerned. ThankGod for the outdoor shower on the roof. The property is getting a little worn down. The view of restaurant from the beach made me apprehensive about the overall condition of the resort. Some of the facilities and fixtures def need replacement or some TLC. Staff warm & friendly

The food here is much better than I ever expected for an all inclusive! Definitely a foodie paradise and the resort is beautiful. Highly recommend the Emerald Suite! Great service as well!

We expected a much higher level of service from a hotel of this caliber, but unfortunately, our experience at Live Aqua Cancun fell far below our expectations. The staff was inattentive and did not seem concerned about meeting our needs. I even attempted to speak with the manager, hoping the situation would be addressed, but nothing was done to resolve our concerns. We previously had a wonderful experience at Live Aqua in the Dominican Republic, so we were excited to visit the Cancun location and expected the same level of hospitality. Sadly, that was not the case. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from management, who had an opportunity to make things right but failed to do so. For a high-end resort, the service and overall guest experience were simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning to Live Aqua Cancun.

If I could give it a 100star review I would! The attention and he staff gives you is top tier!!! The property lovely! No complaints what so ever! Oo and the food top quality!

Rooms were clean and spacious . Staff friendly. The beach is awesome. Son had wonderful time in our private pool. Food was also good. Son only eats a certain food and in room service catered to it everyday. Really appreciate that!. Would highly recommend Finest to family and friends. Son said it was the best! Would certainly be back.
