"I would like to mention the service: 1. Breakfast-- Achmed of the service crew was really the light in the service. Always helpful and polite. 2. Dinner--The chef (from Syria) was really helpful to make special arrangements for my wife due to a health issue (Garlic) I never had that kind of outstanding service in a hotel 3. Pool Area and Pool Bar Outstanding service as well. Not a single reason to complain. I would like to mention the evenning staff. I never had so much fun"

"The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable."
