"It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything. "

"Loved the big room equipped with much more than I needed for a 1 night stay. Loved that there was a scooter downstairs that I took to Broadway. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the soccer park and that there was an excellent bar just across the train tracks!"

"Really seemed like good value for the price. Clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint was the parking situation. The extra parking was down an alley, and it wasn’t clear if I paid the apt owner to park in one of their spots that I would be able come and go. It seemed like there weren’t enough spaces. Fortunately, I was able to park on the street, but I wasn’t super comfortable with that. Overall, very pleased. I wish we had been able to book a longer stay. Get some patio furniture on that...

"Very clean. Oddly, towels kept in bedroom closet so I had to call about them. Closet has no light so I didn't see towels which were on side shelving. Minor issue but probably better to keep towels in the bathroom. "
