Just three minutes from Interstate 40, twenty or twenty-five minutes from downtown Nashville depending on traffic, fifteen minutes from the airport. We are 1.3 miles from Martha Station where you can ride the Nashville Star Train into Downtown Nashville. This apartment is separate from the other house on the property so that it is quiet and private just for you. There is a new 70 inch tv in the living room with 85+ channels for you to enjoy, a DVD player and also a smart tv in the bedroom. There is a king bed with a 12 inch Memory foam mattress, top of the line pillows and bedding for your comfort with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We also have two roll away beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you need to prepare any meals or snacks that you would like. We have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a large back yard with a large hot tub for you to relax in. The large patio in the back is a great place for you to sit and enjoy the waterfall and Koi Pond. We have indoor and outdoor dining tables. It is Nestled in trees on 5.5 acres with lots of space between neighbors to provide a restful oasis.
NO POT NO PARTIES NO PETS NO EXCEPTIONS (this includes ANY kind of party including but not limited to b'day, family reunions, Christmas parties, graduation, bachelor etc. sorry to have to say it but we've had issues before)! NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE GUESTHOUSE (There will be an extra $250 cleaning fee to remove the smell of vaping and smoking if you break this rule)
