"Clean room"

"It was fine, but the property is obviously aging and is becoming quite evident. The room itself was clean, the hallways were not."

"La persona que estaba en la recepción a mi llegada para preguntar si estaba la habitación disponible no fue el trato adecuado la chica ya luego el señor que me dio la habitación si fue amable"

"room wasc very clean and comfortable beds"

"We loved our suite, the rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Most of the staff were amazing, especially Mayte H at the check in desk. She was so amazingly helpful and nice."

"We had some very loud neighbors blasting music, but the staff was helpful in getting us moved to another room. Overall, it was clean and conveniently located to lots of great dining and shopping options. I appreciated that the rooms feature both soft and firm pillows for a variety of guests. I can't comment on breakfast since we checked out before it was available, but we appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea. Had a good stay overall."

"Everything went smoothly And no issues with any thing"

"Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast and super comfortable beds"

"This is the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in!"

"The water was just above cold the first two days. The third day it was atleast a little warm. Never got hot water during our stay. Went to use the conditioner and it was empty, so double check prior to hopping in the shower. Beds have a hard mattress."
