"Terrific location and property. We had a beachfront room - recommend. I think we were in one of the un renovated rooms based off other photos but it was still amazing and loved the vibe. Much much much better than other places we have stayed. Loved all the little complimentary items. A lovely touch. Will 100% stay again. Only suggestion is that 10am is an early check out time especially on weekends - maybe an hour later on weekends is a great start. "

The breakfast had plenty of options, and I honestly can’t fault the friendliness, cleanliness, or professionalism of any of the staff — everyone went above and beyond. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience! "This is a smallish hotel located in a fantastic location, slightly off the waterfront. Staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and nice. There is a ton of good food options and touristy things to do like the aquarium and maritime museum within easy walking distance on the waterfront. Rooms are very nice, clean, well serviced and decent sized. The area is are st night. The train/metro is located a few blocks away which gives you access to most of Sydney. You can take a train from the airport to...
