"We had such a wonderful time here. It was close to everything we wanted and out of the busy areas like time square. The woman at the front (drawing a blank of her name) but she was so kind and helpful. We needed a late checkout and she made sure that happened. We’d come back for the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean and loved the look and feel of the hotel."
