"Every detail is perfect in the home both interior and exterior. The view of the ocean from the living room is magnificent. The drive to the home is not for the faint of heart, but worth every sweaty handed second of it! Loved our time there!"

"Communication was clear, check-in and check-out were both smooth and simple, and parking was easy.The mansion is just off of a winding narrow road. There is a nearby market place with a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It is very close to the 101 freeway. The stairs up to the apartment are steep and you will want to have a light on to navigate the steps as well as the entry hallway to the front door. "We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the house boat. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Haven in the Woods with two adults and one child. The place was exactly as described—peaceful, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful wooded setting. "This is a gem in the jungle if you enjoy outdoors n don’t mind tiny cozy little space. It probably started with excellent design at first n overtime lack of maintenance. It left quite a few spots unfinished. Some walls had wood pieces cut out n looked like ready for some decorative tiles to be placed. The wall mirror had a missing corner etc. The place is clean though n the little fireplace is good enough to warm up the room. The kitchen is tiny but is equipped with all the spices, cooking oil...

There is a parking spot directly outside the front door which is dedicated only for this apartment. It made access a breeze. We were attending a wedding in Marin and this was a perfect spot for us.
