"A lovely retreat in a spectacular setting. Suggestions for improvement: supply shampoo and more soap in bathroom (consider a big bottle of liquid soap) and more essentials in kitchen (salt and pepper supplies were running very low and there was no cooking oil of any kind)."

"I do not have enough good things to say about this place! It is clean and quaint tucked into a quiet neighborhood amongst the trees. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony while our toddler tried to count the trees. The best personalized touch was Susan's artwork throughout. It felt like we were staying at an Aunt & Uncle's place. It felt like upscale glamping but with a full bathroom. Thank you for having us; we will be back!"

"This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return."

"This quiet, private studio has been recently remodeled and is located directly on the bay. A beach to walk on and decks provide ample seating to enjoy the outdoors. Extremely clean and the owner has added many amenities to make it comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace is wonderful."

"Unit was PERFECT for my husband & I; we would stay again. Description almost 100% accurate, has a NEW full size stacked washer/dryer IN the unit, when we booked, it was noted as a shared washer & dryer. After staying 2 days in San Fran/Union Square at a hotel, this location was ideal for us as we did day trips to Muir Woods & Point Reyes National and scenic drives on the PCH; we also hiked Samuel P Taylor Park, just 20 min away. Overall well appointed, comfortable bed, quality bed/bath...

"The condo was very nice, clean, modern, and well-kept. It was great space for a special local getaway with a family member. There was a lot of info to digest related to tides and parking, which seemed intimidating at first, but turned out to be very easy. I did find it odd that guests are responsible for disposing of all trash when leaving. The garbage bins aren't very far (adjacent parking lot), but just feels like an item that would be taken care of given the nightly rate."

"This is the fourth time we've stayed here, and we were once again very please with having a living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen after a series of more confined hotels. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room. This is definitely THE place sto stay for a couple without a car in Mill Valley."
