Fantastic views of sand, surf and mountain from 2nd story unit.
Remodeled Spring 2020.
La Paz is a one bedroom apartment located upstairs in a three unit building that is right on the beach. Available for one or two adults only. Maximum two overnight guests (includes children over 1 year old).

Fully furnished with full kitchen, private deck with gas BBQ. Free WiFi, Flat panel SMART TV with Satellite. Cozy queen bed in bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed.
Off-street parking. Backyard patio shared with guests staying at La Sirena.

Enjoy walks on the beach, relaxing on the sofa, and feel like you've really gotten away from it all. 1 dog welcome with a fee of $75/per stay. No cats.

Adorable fully stocked and very well thought out unit. Very well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed walking out of our unit down the stairs to the beach. Very wonderful relaxing long weekend!

This is the perfect little getaway spot in Stinson. Quick walk out to the beach or to town to grab some ice cream or something at the market. Very nice to have off street parking, especially on a busy weekend. It has a great view of the ocean from the deck on one side. This unit doesn't have a dishwasher just fyi, but not a problem. I have stayed in both upper units and they have awesome views, although this one I believe you see more of the roof of the lower unit than you do on La Sirena. Now I just need to stay in the lower bigger unit. Can't go wrong here!

Another fantastic Stinson Beach getaway

We always look forward to our time at La Paz and Stinson Beach and enjoy the quiet ease of this property. I am so impressed that they are able to keep things so clean and in such good shape even with the popularity of the property. The property is well very kept with frequent updates to keep things fresh (recent garden area updates look great). We’ll keep coming back as long as they’ll keep having us! Thanks again for a great break from reality!

This was a beyond beautiful, well kept property and Jeff is a PHENOMENAL host.Situated right on the beach/ocean and a short walk from town I could not imagine a better place to stay in Stinson. The unit was spotless, bright, and very modern. I typically would not describe a beach house as “cozy” but that is exactly what it felt like while we were there, and I wish we could have stayed longer!Jeff communicated check in/out and general property instructions/information thoroughly and well ahead of time. Additionally, although there was an unforeseen project that needed to be completed on the outside deck during our stay (outside of his control), he communicated that as soon as he was made aware and did more than enough to help rectify the situation.If I could give this property and Jeff 6 stars, I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We just had another really enjoyable stay at LaPaz. The location is perfect. You’re right on the beach and a short walk from town. The place is perfect for two people. The kitchen is very well stocked with things you might need. The owners are really nice folks and do a great job keeping the place up. We WILL be back!

Pristine Rental for Two (with dog) Right on the Beach

Mesmerizing view of ocean waves right out the front window. Just steps away from dog-friendly beach. Off-the-street parking in charming yard with fire pit. Easy walk to town and restaurants. The apartment itself was immaculate with updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners outfitted the rental with absolutely everything one might need.We will definitely be back!

Amazing anniversary getaway!

Can’t beat this property right on the beach! We arrived to a stunning sunset and were welcomed by a very comfortable house. The property was clean and fresh with an amazing view, great layout, and comfortable furnishings. This was the perfect property for our anniversary getaway. Major bonus was the dedicated parking - which at Stinson is priceless. 100% a 5 star stay for Stinson beach!

A slice of heaven

Love this little spot on Stinson Beach. Works perfect for my daughter & I to stay here with our dog. Love the view & the long stretch of beach just out the door. Great communication by owners. It’s always clean & feels safe. Neighbors are friendly. Cute little beach town.
