"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

"I'm writing here to express how very disappointed we were with this property. It was a pretty cottage, but the outside terrace was dangerous--a mess of crumbling tiles, rocks and broken pavers. We had NO functioning shower for our entire stay (mechanism broken), no wifi, and no hot water the first night. The owner was unreachable by phone, and even when she promised to correct the problems for our last night, nothing happened. I believe I should receive at least a partial refund for this stay."

"We booked accommodation for 4 adults for a trip to Cornwall. It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads"

"We had a lovely 3 night stay, the cottage was well equipped and comfortable and was very conveniently placed for exploring St Ives. Having private parking was a bonus. Will stay there again."
