"We have stayed here before and would stay again, it’s a fair price, more than just clean and tidy room (see more below), in a central location for exploring locally or getting in and out by car, and it has parking. This time we stayed in a room with a sea view balcony, which had a lovely view and was clean, tidy and comfortable but with a modern and homey feel. There was a spare radiator and fan in the room in case of weather change which was a comfort nice to have the choice in our hands. The...

"Great stay at a lovely hotel - location was perfect (overlooking the bay), rooms were spacious & clean, parking was ideal and the facilities (including an excellent on-site pub called The Working Boat!) were spot on. Breakfast was delicious too! First time for us in Falmouth & this was an excellent choice -highly recommended."

"We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return! "

"Nicely positioned hotel for what we needed. Comfortable room though a little warm at night as the supplied fan wasn't up to the job. All staff very accommodating. The pool was a little cool for us. Loveley seating in the reception area watching Fistral beach .Overall a nice hotel and the 2nd visit for us . Parking difficult as the whole road was full due to half term."
