"The house is absolutely amazing and exactly what we wanted but above our expectations. The inside felt very homey, it was easy to settle. I should note it’s part of a historic architectural house, so people did take pictures of the house and approach it and the curtains covered us but were sheer. We explored Charlevoix and surrounding spots and had a wonderful time."

"Definitely had pet friendly elements which were not used or needed by us since we didn't bring a pet along for our trip. The house was impressive and had a welcoming vibe. Cabin style/rustic quality which truly reiterated the overall theme that we enjoyed of feeling "off the grid" and able to be in-sync with the surrounding nature. "We had such an amazing time at Cabins on Maple River. The cabin and property are absolutely stunning. The balcony over looking the river was so relaxing and peaceful. We did have a few very minor issues like the front bedroom bathroom sink was very clogged up but in a half hour i had it pkungered out and draining fine. The lights in the upstairs hallway were burned out so i bought some new ones and took care of that. Someone staying before us unpaired the remote for the back bedroom took a while...

"Our family stay at this cabin was absolutely phenomenal! The hosts were amazing—kind, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. They went above and beyond with so many extras and had everything we didn’t even think to bring. The cabin itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. "The house was beautiful inside, Outside landscaping was horrible grass needed mowed, weeds over 3 foot tall all around property making mosquitoes fested- kids couldn’t play on jungle jumps due to cob webs and weeds over taking it. Was very disappointed in the outside conditions of this beautiful home."
