"This was one of the all time best stays I’ve ever had. Victoria the host was so warm and friendly, excellent communicator and the home was well stocked with everything we possible needed. There was coffee, milk, a refrigerator, microwave, plates, mugs, silverware and everything we needed. We had the best homemade breakfast our first morning, fresh from the farm. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the area. Thank you Victoria for hosting us! "

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Withlacoochee River Bird House! The location right on the river and the property was exceptional. The house was unique with its decor and had a lot of charisma and character. Very thoughtful touches to welcome guests. My pup loved it and didn’t want to leave! The host, Dana, was great and very kind. Wish I could have stayed longer!"

"This place was amazing. The photos do not do it justice. We had our Sisters Reunion here and couldn’t have been happier. It is very large, clean and beautifully done. The view out back is so relaxing. What stood out the most was what the Host provides.You could tell they put much thought into their guest comfort. They had spices in cupboards, k-pods for the Keurig machine, creamer, sweetener etc. Also there was plenty of garbage bags, paper towels,toilet paper. Extra towels and wash cloths!...

"We had a wonderful long weekend at this house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed being on the River. We were able to rent a boat for the weekend and tie up right at the dock. We enjoyed the grill and the fire pit each night. We say many manatees and even a couple of gators on the River. The kitchen is very well stocked. I have already suggested this house to one of my coworkers! We will definitely be back! "
