We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand. The Lakes By YOO
First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.

The Bear
The room was very clean and the staff helpful when I called, for instance, to ask about where I can park. Also, when I arrive to check in the lady on the bar walked him to my room and show me where everything was which was really nice. Being a pub, and having a private function in the next room, ...
