"Overall, our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were phenomenal. The room was a bit dated and the desk was super scuffed up. It wasn't dirty per se, but definitely could have been a bit nicer."

"The toilet in our room didn’t work and we had to change rooms the following day. The second room the air con didn’t work and the bathroom door handle was as if someone had tried to pull it off and the bathroom could do with some care."

"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"

Hiding Space - Trim Street Apartments
"So good! Great location and lovely staff. Room had an amazing view and everything we needed. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs to get to the top floor, but once you are there it’s totally worth it. Incredible view."

Your Apartment Clifton House
"Great room and location. Central to most things in Bristol, parking great. Room plenty big enough for 4 adults . It was a very hot weekend the fan was a good addition along with high ceilings made the room tolerable in extreme condition."
