"Great town and close to all amenities! Our room was next to the outdoor restaurant/ pub and we had the windows open due to the heatwave. The first night it was hard to get to sleep due to the chatter below and music. Breakfast is extra."

"Perfect location, everything you need is nearby (train, bus, shops, bars etc) and 10mins walk to the harbour. Reception always manned and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Bristol!"

"Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. Why am I paying this price and have to wash my own coffee ..."
