"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"Had a brilliant few days stay at the cottage, the phrase that comes to mind is home away from home. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Location for us was perfect with the monsal trail on its doorstep, loads of walking trails nearby and not far from Buxton. Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend, thank you"

"Stayed for a couple of nights at this property, and it was perfectly suited for our needs.
Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay.
Would definitely recommend this for families or small groups as an ideal base camp for visiting Manchester, and will be keeping this property in my saved list for the future too."

"Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. "
