"House is as advertised. Small refund for lack of direct beach access which was an inconvenience but it is a short walk down the street to a public entrance to the beach. The beach behind the house was not often crowded but note that high tide comes right up to the rocks by where the stairs are currently blocked off."

"Pretty standard, basic beach house that is a great value compared to many of the huge, overpriced houses popping up. Good location right on the beach. The public beach access made the beach busier than our normal trips, but we never had an issue with anyone. Had some minor issues with an overflow of trash from the people before us and a malfunctioning microwave, but the property manager addressed both within 2 hours of us notifying them. We visit Folly every summer and would definitely consider...

"This place was exactly what we needed! Clean, felt like a hotel, but also had really cute decor and charm to it. The host was incredibly responsive, especially since our flight was delayed late coming in. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Charleston!! "

"Every bit as nice as it looked in the pictures. Felt very safe which is always a concern in a new city. Parking spot was super helpful! A really, really great location that is super close to some of the best restaurants in Charleston. (Chubby Fish, Verns, the Grocery, Malagon) Had wonderfully attentive and informative owners who made check-in/out super easy. There is a bar next door so it can be a little loud, but Charleston is a fun town and there's worse things than hearing people...
