Come and experience our Southern Hospitality in this circa 200 year old building located in the very heart of historic Charleston!
We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (there are only two studios located on separate floors in our building!) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

Relax on our cozy slate patio or in the sitting area in the foyer, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, to read a book on Charleston or to catch up on your emails using our free WiFi.

Location is central to the places we wanted to visit. It was cute. I was frustrated by the very poor WiFi and the street lighting that the shutters did not adequately block out. Those were my two pet peeves.

I came here with my Mom who is about to turn 70. It is in a great location by the market. There is a long stairway up to the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the shower floor texture and the code locks. Had a great stay!

Very nice apartment in a great location for exploring Charleston. Great to have many restaurants and historic sites within easy walking distance. The apartment is nicely furnished and well maintained.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the main areas. The market area was across the street from the room that we stayed in. The owners provided us with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property for rental.

Super location; did not need our car; plenty of hot water/comfortable bed/clean linens. Overall review is very positive. Negatives: steps up to the unit are a little hard for older folks to navigate; we wound up paying twice for parking on the Cumberland St. ramp (left money in unit per instructions and also had same amount deducted from credit card on file).

Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. On our last day we got "stuck" in an unusal snow weather event which closed most places down. The studio was very cozy so we didnt didn't mind. When our dates came to visit, there was a storm and possible flooding. The host was gracious enough to let us adjust our arrival and departure dates. The parking garage worked great and we had a wonderful time with lots to see and do right in the area! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our first visit to Charleston. Your Vrbo pictures of the stairs leading to our second floor room showed only 4 steps. There were 20. My knee issues are back. Very misleading picture. Other than that, it was a great place. Thanks for the early check in.
