Casa de playa de The Gulls Nest
We had wonderful time staying at this property. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again. Can see beach from kitchen island. Furniture was a bit dated especially in the living room, but for the price we weren’t too concerned.

Dog-Friendly, Oceanside House w/Private Washer/Dryer, Free WiFi, Patio
Easy walk to beach, thoughtfully updated and decorated house with enough original details to be charming. Negatives were lack of essential cooking utensils and very beat up pans, couch, and deck furniture. Dealt with pet hair although we didn't bring our pets. Enjoyed our stay overall.

We had the best time. Gabby was a great host.First time at Edisto and we will be back.The house was awesome, really enjoyed having a relaxing time. Just what we needed.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "It's a Shore Thing". It met all of our expectations...especially the fact of its location right on the beach! Roomy home for families or friends. Wonderful decks wrap 3 sides of the house. Lots of wildlife. House is a bit worn, but comfortable.
