"The house has a nice private and quiet feel and is great for family gatherings given the layout of the dwellings. The house itself is really neat and has been restored beautifully. It's about an hour drive to Charleston, so you can get away from the hustle and traffic of the city but also do the tourist thing pretty easily."

"Fabulous lake home! It is well stocked, felt like home, except we had a beautiful lake view. Very close to Clemson campus. Our family enjoyed the following provided items- kayaking, paddle boards, darts, screen porch, ping pong and board games. Their were t.v.'s in all bedrooms and living room but we never turned them on. The kitchen was well stocked and everything labled very well. Check in and out was extremely easy and communicating with the host was simple. I highly recommend this lake home!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the surf shack. The owners reached out and did a great job assisting us with any and all our needs. Renting from them had a more personal feel and that we really loved. We normally always rent from dunes or garden city reality but nothing compares to this stay. We are so very thankful we found this little gem ❤️"

"Place was great with a lot of character. Close to the beach and Center St. We weren't there for the bar scene but that didnt get in our way. We could hear the bands but they werent disruptive. Sprial stair case is not for everyone (including our 35 lb dog). Great place."

"The house was exactly as pictured. The hosts had all the necessities and then some nice extras! My hubby loved the nespresso machine and I was thrilled with the makeup wipes and toothbrushes since we forgot a few things. 😉 Little things go along way when you’re tired and traveling (especially with kids!) James was very responsive and helpful to a couple questions I had while staying. Would definitely stay again and recommend!"
