"We wanted to be close to our daughter who lives in Hendersonville, NC but be able to exercise. The trails are too short to really bike in Hendersonville, so we looked for a nearby location. This residence was close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail which worked out perfectly for us as my wife walks and I bike. We saw our daughter on weekends. Thank you."

"The property is in a great location close to restaurants and activities in Greenville, but still on a quiet street. Everything is new and clean., and we had all the conveniences of home. We were in town for my daughter’s Clemson graduation. It’s a quick and easy commute to Clemson from here. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the host and property!"

"My husband and I came in town to visit friends and we had a Friendsmas Dinner and this house was perfect! Just enough room for all of us to eat dinner,laugh,play games, and relax! The house is so nice and completely up to date! We were inside the whole time due to rain but it has the perfect backyard to cookout as well! They even had a speaker with strobe lights in the house as well. I will definitely book again in the future!"

"Great home with a fabulous yard for family get togethers. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy since we were out most days. Super convenient to town and Extremely quiet during the night. Great little fenced in back yard and plenty of little nooks in the house to hide for some quiet time."

"The house was beautiful and clean. A lot of people mentioned the neighborhoods proximity to the park, but for us the location was less than desirable. The neighborhood seems to be gentrifying but was less than ideal. As two females traveling solo we were not comfortable. We made sure the doors were locked and blinds were closed at all times. The neighbor had a very loud exhaust on their vehicle and we were both woken up at 5:30AM. There was a strong smell of an illegal substance in the air...

"This is a lovely small home in a perfect location close to downtown Greenville. Julie had lots of little touches that were appreciated--fixings for breakfast, coffee, half and half. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quite home which sits on the end of a Cul De Sac, and backs up to a beautiful nature scene. We enjoyed listening to the singing birds while sipping our coffee in the mornings out on the porch. The owners thoughtfully put mirrors in each bedroom above outlets, which was nice as we had 3 women getting ready at the same time. We have friends in Greenville and will plan to stay here again."
