Welcome to our vacation home at Myrtle Beach--Gulfstream Cottages 304! A beautifully decorated, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with brand new furniture, electronics, and appliances. It is located just one block from the beach!

Our rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, king size bed with firm mattress, computer desk, 39' 1080p HDTV.
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, one queen bed, one twin bed, 39' HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo and soap provided.
-Living room: Wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, 48' HD smart TV with 100+ standard cable channels, High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six, additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio, with a charcol grill and table/chairs seating for four
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs
-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided
-Private community pool just across the property
-Monthly rent is available from Nov to Feb.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.

The townhome was located in an ideal location- a few minutes walk from the beach and a short drive from the heart of myrtle beach. The owner put significant effort into equipping the vrbo - with a fully stocked kitchen, waffle iron, pack and play for infants, and an extra air mattress.The furniture covers and old furniture gave off a “visiting grandma in the 1980s” vibe. The couch was noticeably worn and sagging with furniture covers presumably hiding old stains. In general, the furniture was unappealing enough that I tried to avoid sitting on the covered furniture.The mattresses upstairs were very old. The one in the masters bedroom made a very loud creaking sound when you sat down, moved, or got up. Again - exactly the kind of old beds my grandma had in 1980. The bed was so uncomfortable that I was very eager to get home to sleep on my 10 year old mattress.The patch job on the walls also gave the place a dirty feel. It looked like a DIY dry wall job where the final coat of primer and paint was never applied.The refrigerator was also unplugged when we arrived. Fortunately, we realized this right away so we did not get sick.We still had a great time visiting myrtle beach, but the townhome definitely didn’t feel as comfortable as advertised.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything our family of three needed. No complaints whatsoever. Furniture and beds were comfy, plenty of towels, nice showers, etc. For sure, one of the nicest places we have stayed on vacation. Very quiet neighborhood. Victor was a great communicator and very kind. Would definitely recommend and will stay again, if opportunity presents itself.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is well stocked and very comfortable. Mr. Victor was quick to respond checking in with us at arrival and answering the question we had. The beds were so cozy and we slept quite well. We were able to cook meals and were impressed that a potato peeler was provided! Overall an amazing stay.

Great home in a great location. From door to beach was less than 5 minutes. Was great having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. House well stocked, it had everything you would need. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would 100% stay here again.

Just What We Needed

This property is in excellent condition and provided us with everything wee needed for a week long vacation. The location was only a block from the beach and in a safe area. Victor was absolutely wonderful to communicate with - as he stayed on top of any issues and checked in on us throughout the week, without us having to call him. We will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant cottage

The location is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet space. Our only complaint was the weather. The hostess was very friendly and accessible. We would definitely consider this location for future visits to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to say. Great location. Great price. Everything neat and tidy. What else can I say about this place. Victor is a wonderful host. Very attentive and replied to all my questions and needs asap. The weather could have been nicer as it was a guys golf trip. But that’s out of everyone’s hands. HahahWould book again here for sure.
