It has a fully remodeled bath, upgraded kitchen and tasteful furnishings. First condo from the elevator for quick easy access to getting your toes in the sand. The angle on the balcony gives you a full view of the ocean. The complex features the biggest pool on the island with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise, you will never run out of things to do. Amazing food, great weather all year round with all the comforts of home that will make your stay a memorable trip. This condo is ideal whether you plan to stay a week or a month or even longer. It is perfect for both adults and children. The resort has picnic areas, a grand playground for the kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and racketball. There is two onsite restaurants, a poolside bar as well as an ice cream bar for all to enjoy!! Enjoy sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Or you can cozy up on the sofa to watch a movie on your flat screen smart TV in the living room.

Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate

Everything was amazing, prime location for beach as well as stores. Host was amazing at communication and it was perfect for my daughter and I. Would definitely book again in future!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was lovely and not too long. It was very convenient that the condo was close to the elevator. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay. Unit upgrades made it even better. Communication with host was seamless and they made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had the perfect beach getaway at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. It came with beach chairs and a wagon which is convenient if you're flying. The condo is located close to the beach access and there is an elevator which we appreciated. The resort itself was nice too, with a restaurant and pizza place and a place to get drinks near the pool. This is a great place to stay if you are beach lovers like us.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hilton Head! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Mark was fantastic to work with, communication was quick, easy, and helpful from start to finish.The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it feel even more like home. The resort itself was excellent as well. We loved the pool, the pool bar was so much fun, and having easy beach access made the whole trip perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, comfy, close to elevators. Owner provided us with a list of the favorite places/restaurants to visit in Hilton Head. We only stayed for one night, but everything was perfect!

My wife and I wish that the room was available more than 1 night. However, the one night was fabulous and the resort/beach experience was great. When we go back to this area we will definitely seek out this unit. It was our first time to this area and we hope to be back.

The host was very easy to work with. This place was perfect for my husband and I to stay at for a marriage conference that we attended. We're looking forward to staying here again!

All I can say is everything was excellent. The room was perfect. Easy access to get in. The room is right off the elevators. You never hear anything once you are in your room. Communication was superb. I just can’t say enough how great it was. It had a king size bed that slept wonderful. The bathroom had an extra area to do your hair and place stuff on. You can sit on your balcony and listen to the outside activities at the pool. Easy check-in. Thanks so much for a wonderful 4 days of no worries.

Too many firsts for me this trip. First time using VRBO and didn’t notice the messaging part so was lost at check in but Marko was stellar in communicating by regular text and getting us on board. First time in Hilton Head and am now addicted. The accommodations were great. First time riding my bike on a beach and it was so nice staying so close to the pool and beach. Will definitely return.

Pleasant and easy.

Great location from the condo to the beach. Easy access in and out of resort. Great stay and would highly recommend anyone vacation here.
