Perfect location in Charleston

This house was a perfect location in Charleston. We were close (5-15 mins) to everything that we needed to be (restaurants, bars, event venues). The property was also perfectly equipped to stay 5-6 adults. Overall, this was a great house if you’re looking to be near the fun/excitement that Charleston has to offer!

We had a fantastic experience! The area is safe, quiet, and close to grocery and various dining options. Very close to the beach as well, making it great for kids! The property was exactly as described, and worked perfectly for our family.

Location is great. Super quiet and near everything. Beds comfortable. Convenient parking. Disappointed with bathroom and cleanliness.There is only 1 full bath and it is tiny and not well maintained, see photos. The 1/2 bath downstairs is cute and clean. With 3 bedrooms I would think the only bath could be updated and cleaned. First day the toilet wouldn’t flush just water. Someone came the next day and fixed.Patio looks so cute in pictures, we were looking forward to sitting out and enjoying but needed a good cleaning and chairs are rusted so we couldn’t sit on them. Really lovely place

We had a really great experience during our stay. The home is lovely and looks just like the photos. Very quiet, safe area. About 15 min drive to downtown, or 10 mins to Sullivan’s Island. 5 min drive to various cafe’s, grocery stores, Shem’s Creek. Communication with host was good. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked. Easy parking. Would stay here again.

Perfect location to stay near Charleston

Absolutely no complaints about the house, the amenities, even the style of the place -everything was top notch!! Especially the location-short drive to downtown, nice neighborhood and short drive to the beach. The property manager responded to what was a ridiculous issue on my end super quick, on a weekend evening!!!

Great stay at a great location

The location was perfect for us…comfortable and convenient to everything, we actually found ourselves using the kitchen more than we planned. It had everything we needed and was a great balance to some restaurant visits. Sullivans Island and Charleston are just a short drive and Pitt St is a nice walk. We will be looking to see if we can stay again for our next trip.

Great place if your just looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring.

Communication with Stay Duvet was GREAT. As far as town home goes, very important to know just because it sleeps 6, there is only 1 full bath, there is a half bath downstairs. Orginal description read 2 baths, to me that means full baths. Pool was open, no actual path to pool, have to walk through small grass area that people walk their dogs on to get to pool. No shade either. All can be overlooked as the place was very clean.
