"Paul is an amazing host and the house has everything we could have needed to cook! The check in instructions were clear and easy. I wish I would have looked up the area before going, the house is wonderful, it’s just in the middle of an unfavorable neighborhood. Some foot traffic at night, but very quiet otherwise. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming a few streets over. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot !!"

"My wife, two sons and their wives enjoyed to 3 bedrooms with private baths and king beds. The living room is a bit small but fine for us as we were out and about most of the time. The kitchen is well stocked and the knives are sharp (a plus compared to many places I've stayed). The only TV is in the living room, so everyone has to agree on the program."

"Husband and I had a pleasant few days in Charleston. This VRBO is just as pictured, but be aware that if you have a wide SUV like we do (Suburban), parking is challenging. We opted to park and walk or Uber for the duration. Also, the location is convenient and walkable to downtown (if you’re fit and it’s not hot), there is a lot of construction going on in the area."
