Trocadero de Londres

The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our bed mattress was one of the BEST we have experienced in quite some time of travel: firm mattress, good pillows. So pleased to have had air conditioning on our July trip - and really good AC, at that. Paddington Station is just a couple of minutes' walk down the street, as are Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's (groceries). We had no trouble finding excellent cafes and pubs in this neighborhood, and we felt safe, early morning to late evening. Hyde Park and all it offers is just a short walk away as well.

Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.

駅から近く、また清潔で景観の良い通りにあり、周辺環境は素晴らしいと思いました。アールズコート駅を主に利用したのですが、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄で乗り継ぎなしで来れ、また市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスもよく、便利な場所だと思います。 部屋も清潔でお水のボトルも十分に補充いただきとても快適でした。 また、朝食付きで予約したのですが、味も雰囲気も素晴らしく、4泊の滞在期間中飽きませんでした。 朝食会場の方たちもフロントの方たちもとても親切でした。 残念だったのは、チェックインしてすぐに洗面台の排水がひどく悪いことに気がつき、フロントまで出向いて夕食に出掛けている間に修理をしてもらうよう約束をしたのに、なおっておらず、結局３回出向いてお願いし、一晩我慢して翌日出かけてる間にようやくなおしてもらえました。また、ガーデンビューの部屋で予約していたのですが、窓からは木で庭がほとんど見えない部屋でした。
