"It was the only convenient hotel that was reasonably priced on our way to Leeds, but was the perfect overnight stop. It was located at the small motorway services, the rooms were fine. As expected there is not many plug sockets but I always travel with an extension lead so that always helps! The beds were clean and comfortable and would stay here again. "

" This hotel is certainly outdated and in need of a refurbishment. That said the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lunch which was good with a selection for vegetarian and lovely puddings. "It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable."
