"Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre...

"lovely, quirky hotel. had everything we needed. staff were friendly and room was large and clean. upgraded to £10 to get a bigger bed which was worth it. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet style. Room where we ate was a bit draft due to it being open plan but it wasn’t really an issue"

"Clean room and nice staff. Lots of street parking nearby. For visiting drivers, be courteous of restricted access to some streets and temporarily closure of parking spaces near the hotel, particularly when you plan to be arriving at the hotel in the evening."
