"Address was not correct on the email from VRBO. Cabin advertised was not the one we were put in. Floor was not vacuumed. River on property is amazing. Don’t expect much more than a camp house. This was all fine for 4 guys, glad the wives didn’t come lol! Property lacks upkeep. Still a great vacation in Lake city."

"Had a great stay at this property! Sean was a great host and very attentive when needed. He stayed in contact with us throughout the stay and made us feel welcome! The beds were comfy, and the showers were hot, which was a welcome relief after being on the Alpine loop all day! Speaking of the Alpine loop, you can easily ride out from the condo with plenty of parking for your SXS and trailer! We will definitely stay again when returning to Lake City!"

"We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first...
